To all the knitters who belong to West Coast Knitters Guild,
It is wonderful to have a passion like knitting. If all the agressive and argumentable people would learn how to knit, we would have peace in families, communities and on this planet earth.
Here is a toast to all the people with their hobbies and those who want to learn. Cheers and continue to love and teach your hobbies to children, teenagers, adults, seniors, to patients in hospitals and in prisons. Christiane Cousins.
My name is Mary Ann and I belong to the Gilles Hook Knitting Guild in Calgary. I am moving to New Westminster and am looking for a Knitting Group. I know the WCKG meets in Vancouver. Is there an ‘offshoot’ in New West? I am sad to be leaving my stash here in Calgary but I am sure I will collect more. I like to knit toques, afghans, baby blankets, shawls, scarves. Would love a contact name to call when I get there. It won’t be for at least 6 months. Will be living in Port Royal in a Condo. I am a senior and have a Bichon/Shitsu. Going to be closer to my family. Looking forward to the change. M.A.
