Privacy

Members’ information: Contact information is collected from members when they join the WCKG or when they renew their membership. This information is available to members. A valid address is required to receive the newsletter.

On the website: Private information will not be published by the WCKG on our website. By defaut, names will be given as first name and last initial, and personal phone numbers or email addresses will not be included. The exception is that members who have a user account for the website may put their full name and website into their profile if they choose. Do not put a phone number or email address in your user profile or in a post or comment.
